Prize money policy: A category with fewer than 3 participants may be cancelled at the discretion of the competition committee. In lieu of cancelling a category, monetary awards are given as follows:
1 entrant - will be awarded the money for 3rd place
2 entrants - will be awarded the money for 2nd and 3rd place
3 or more entrants - money will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
